The skis felt wide, short, and light when I touched them, weighing approximately 1,790g without the binding. Tsukki-san explained that the weight could be reduced by changing the binding. When I tried skiing on them, I found that they were easy to handle on groomed runs and could carve well, with the pointed end of the ski acting as a brake during powder skiing and the flexible front making turning easier in powder. Unfortunately, the temperature on the day of the test ride was warm, and I would have preferred to try them in powder. Nevertheless, the Omega skis were easy to handle and fast, and I could see why my wife enjoyed them even more than I did. We also tried out the Omega Unchain and skis from other manufacturers to compare. However, for someone like me who can't even manage to ski, keeping my balance is all I can do! I remember my younger days when I first got on skis. Tsukki-san taught me how to slide and even pulled me along, but it was all I could do to maintain my balance and it just wouldn't fallen! This is so interesting! Even friends who are pro-level skiers and snowboarders were curious about this new sensation! As expected, Tsukki-san is a master at riding it. Apparently, the Monoski is the strongest in powder, and if you can ride it, your normal skiing will also improve significantly.
